ROASTED PORCHETTA WITH HERBS
The Roasted Porchetta with herbs is a typical dish from Central Italy and comes from selected pork meat. The meat is processed with salt, pepper, herbs and aromas and then passed to the binding. Later, baked in the oven at a constant average temperature. At the end of the cooking the Porchetta is cooled and packaged.
Pork (88%), water, salt, sugars: dextrose and sucrose, potato starch, gelling agent: carrageenan. Thickener: xanthan gum. Aromas and spices. Acidity regulator: sodium citrate, sodium bicarbonate. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite.
