ZAMPONE AND COTECHINO

The two main protagonist of Italian dinners during the Christmas holiday period. Cotechino and Zampone are the most traditional Christmas cured meats that can never be missing at this time of the year. Both are produced with 100% Italian pork, handcrafted in our company and tied by hand.

The Cotechino chosen for this package is a fresh product, with an intense and savoury taste. We recommend following the instructions on the box to correctly cook it.

The Zampone is a fresh product to eat after cooking, processed with selected raw materials with a truly savoury taste. Its preparation follows an artisanal process handed down in the company for over three generations.

MINI SALAMI PICNIC AND CAMPAGNOLO SALAMI

They are both traditional salamis skilfully processed in our company, tied by hand and produced with Italian meat. They are perfect to prepare delicious appetizers or to serve on a charcuterie board with mixed cold cuts and cheese.

Small bites of tender and soft salami, with a more delicate taste like PicNic Mini Salamis and a longer-cured, more spicy and intensely flavoured classic salami such as the Campagnolo: the perfect combination to satisfy every palate!

BATTENED BACON AND SMOKED BACON

Two perfect products to prepare many delicious tasty recipes.

Battened Bacon is produced with pork meat, has a strong and intense taste and is perfect finely sliced to accompany other cured meats. Smoked Bacon is a cold cut produced with Italian pork meat and selected spices. Try it after heating it in the oven or in a pan to enjoy its crunchiness.
