BARBERA D'ASTI DOC

Bright purple red color tending to orange with aging has a vinous aroma with a characteristic aroma tending to ethereal with aging. The taste is dry, full-bodied, with adequate aging more harmonious, pleasant, full-bodied.
Tasting temperature: 18-20 ° degrees.
Average wine life: wine to be consumed within the first three years.
It enhances meat dishes, spicy cheeses and strong dishes. It is advisable to serve at a temperature of 18 °/ 20 ° degrees.
