STEAM PRECOOKED SHANK
Steam Precooked Shank Davide Oldani with steam comes from the part between the thigh and the leg. Careful processing of raw materials and steaming allow it to take on its unique flavor.
COOKING IN A POT: Soak the pack in cold water, bring to a boil and cook for about 40 minutes. Before serving, cut a corner of the package to rid any liquid.
OVEN COOKING: Remove the shin from its casing and place it in a saucepan with the addition of butter and / or wine. Bake for 40/50 minutes at 200°.
