The Spicy Sausage is a traditional cold cut characterized by its red colour and its sweet and spicy taste. It is seasoned with hot chilli pepper and wild fennel seeds, bagged into natural casing and tied by hand. Its aging phase lasts about 30 days, and then it is vacuum-packed to guarantee the best preservation.
