Salame Padano is made with selected Italian heavy pig meats, with a medium-large grind. It is then flavored with salt, natural flavors to give it a delicate taste. The seasoning phase lasts more than two months to achieve a good compactness between fat and lean. The color is ruby red for the lean part and white for the fat part.
