Description

Salame Padano is made with selected Italian heavy pig meats, with a medium-large grind. It is then flavored with salt, natural flavors to give it a delicate taste. The seasoning phase lasts more than two months to achieve a good compactness between fat and lean. The color is ruby ​​red for the lean part and white for the fat part.

Pork meat, salt, dextrose, spices, aromas. Antioxidant: E301 - E300. Preservatives: E250 - E252. Not edible casing. Gluten-free and lactose-free.
