The Spicy 'Nduja is a typical cured meat from Calabria. It is prepared starting from the fat parts of the pork, adding chilli pepper coming from the same region, then stuffed into casings and smoked. You can enjoy it spreading it on warm bread, or as a base for some sauces, or also on aged cheese.
