Mortadella Bologna I.G.P. is a typical product from Emilia Romagna and is produced using selected cuts of pork. The dough is processed with salt, pepper and natural flavors. The mixture of meat and herbs is then stuffed into a natural casing.
Pork meat, salt, PISTACHIO (0,7%), sugar, flavorings, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; preservative: sodium nitrite. Without milk derivatives. Gluten free. Without added glutamate. Inedible gut.
