Culatta is obtained from the thigh of the best Italian pigs and can be tasted in the fullness of its taste even after 12 months of seasoning. This lean cold cut is obtained from the back of the pig's thigh. The seasoning takes place with spices and natural flavors, at the end the Culatta is covered with the "sugna" to make it remain soft. On the palate this product is sweet and delicate.
