Bacon is a cut prepared utilizing pork belly, creating therefore a highly flavored product. Thanks to the uniqueness of the selected area of the pig, this meat is never wrapped. The meat is salted and then massaged by hand for about ten days. Then, it is sprinkled with spices, aromatized herbs and pepper in order to give it an intense flavor. The Bacon is then moved to a drying room and, at the end of this process, it is aged for ten days.
