The Products purchased on the website will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer during the purchase process. Salumi Pasini registers in their accounting on specific records every order placed on the Website and sends to the Customer a receipt in electronic format to the email address indicated in the purchase phase and / or in printed form included in the package. For the issuance of the invoice, the Customer must apply by using the “Notes” field present at checkout by entering their billing information. It will not be possible to make any changes to the invoice after it has been issued.
All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter, “Courier”) from Mondays to Fridays, except on national holidays and festivities. Salumi Pasini is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, inefficiency or lack of delivery by the Courier.
Once the products have been shipped, Salumi Pasini will communicate to the customer by means of a notification in their reserved Area and/or via email the shipment of the goods and the tracking link.
Except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the ordered Products will be delivered, in Italy, within a period of 7 (seven) working days from the day following the receipt of payment and the related order confirmation email, unless Salumi Pasini notifies – within the aforementioned term – of the impossibility to deliver the ordered goods as a result of the unexpected, even temporary unavailability, of the Products. In the event of such notification, the Customer will have the opportunity of waiting for a new availability of the missing product or of choosing one or more alternative products. In the event that the customer decides to not choose alternative products or to cancel the order, Salumi Pasini will reimburse the amounts already paid by the Customer within the same term.
Information regarding the Products provided through the Website is constantly updated, but it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors.
Salumi Pasini reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, even after an order has been sent, or to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

The sales contract between the customer and Smapp S.p.a. is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this agreement of distance selling, territorial jurisdiction is that of the Milan Bar.
